My wife and I had been looking to purchase a second home to get closer to our grand babies in Arizona. Not having much knowledge of the surrounding communities near our family and not being able to actually be there to visit for ourselves, it was essential to work with a realtor who was not only familiar with the many Phoenix neighborhoods but would also act as our eyes and ears and having our best interest in mind. Theresa not only met those needs, she far exceeded our expectations. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and a true delight to work with in our search. We have purchased many homes over the years and we have never worked with realtor so attentive and readily available to our needs. She even picked my wife up from the airport to drive her around to look at potential homes! We cannot recommend her work and company enough- If there was a six star rating available, she would get our vote.

Theresa was truly amazing and a gem to work with. Even my friends and family were impressed! She led us through every single step of the home selling process. She answered every question we had in a timely manner. I was moving out of state while trying to sell my home and my main worry was having to spend all my money on getting my home ready to sell. Theresa showed me how to maximize what I had in the home without spending a lot of money. She pulled all the comps and went out of her way to find us each and every way that would help us get the buyers in as soon as possible. She even came over and helped tidy up the place for the photo shoot - getting on her hands and knees and to get the little dog prints off the windows to make the best photos! When we had to leave move before our home sold. she was there and constantly communicating with us about the process. She even called one evening to say "someone is at the house, do you know them?". It was the pool guy, but I was so glad she was looking out for us and the safe sale of our home. i would highly recommend Theresa for both home buying and selling in AZ. She goes the extra mile for her clients!
